Race Unity Day
In 1957, the National Spiritual Assembly of the Baha'is of the United States inaugurated Race Unity Day to promote racial harmony and understanding. It is celebrated annually on the second Sunday in June. In Harrisburg normally takes place along the
Susquehanna River in City Island.
